Hello, I'm Slot Lures.

I’m a kayak fisherman in South Texas. I started fishing solely from a kayak in the Texas Gulf Coast in 2022. I quickly learned that I was not happy fishing the same old colors that you see in almost every big name brand line. Different baits​,​ same colors. I started dabbling in making my own soft plastics early in 2023 experimenting with unique color ways. Not only aesthetically pleasing to the eye​,​ but irresistible to redfish​,​ trout and flounder alike​,​ I decided to pursue this “hobby” which has now turned passion with more diligence. I’m pleased to be able to share this passion with fishermen to help you land more fish.
